Randy is the best business man in town. He has done everything from dry cleaning & tailoring to having my Ugg boots brought back to life, and every time I pick anything up it's nothing short of perfect. I once had a dry cleaning emergency for a job interview and Randy offered to drive the garments to my house in the snow!! On top of it all, Randy is actively involved in the Duxbury communnity and takes 'service with a smile' to a whole new level. Thank you Randy for all of your amazing work!!!
In our defense, Robert Devaney owns his own Dry Cleaner LOL Sarah obviously doesn't understand the nature of the business. Paying for dry cleaning is no guarantee the stains come out. Just as a doctor doesn't guarantee a cure. The pin hole customer was totally off the wall. We replaced the shorts and when we got a 16W instead of 16 which the store clerk gave us, customer got out of control. That customer had to be told by Duxbury Police to stay away from the store, 500 feet . She actually got violent. Police report has it all. These reviews can be very unfair at times but that's the freedom we have. :) No one works harder and cares more about their clients than Randy's. The true customers all understand that and thank you so much for your continuing patronage!
Randy's Dry Cleaning is Amazing!!
I brought a dress in for dry cleaning on a Saturday (with a stain on it, front center), I had planned to wear it to a Gala on Thursday. The lady at Randy's told me they would have it ready by Wednesday afternoon, I told them that would be fine as long as I had it for Thursday, I didn't have another dress to use. So she knew this dress was important.
Always greeted with a smile and service is quick and affordable.
So now I have 24 hours to procure a dress. Thank you so much Randys! A phone call to let me know you couldn't get the stain out would have been nice, telling me about it when I paid for it would have been nice, offering to discount the dry cleaning price would have been nice. You had 5 whole days.
Wednesday afternoon I come to pick it up, and they fail to inform me that the stain is still on the dress. I pay, and as I'm walking out I see the stain, and go back in to talk to them about it. In a nutshell, all they say is "Sorry...."
Have had great success with both alterations and laundering. I once had an awards banquet and hadn't worn my tux in 5 years and needed quick alterations. They got it done same day with no extra charge.
