Awful patient portal. Their portal will send you emails but you can't reply or send one to them. It shows you past appointment but not upcoming appointments. In order to get or give information to them you must call. The problem with that is they don't pick up. There was no one there on Friday. On Monday I waited over 45 minuets for someone to pick up. All she could do was take a message and have someone else get back to me.
Dr.Zabilski is a very good Dr., his bedside manner is exceptional, explained everything about knee replacement beforehand. I would recommend him without a doubt.

Went here because there is fantastic reviews. Was looking forward to my appt. Due to severe shoulder pain. Was turned away today because of a small mistake on referral. Even called my pcp in front of staff to fix it. After getting it straightened out i was still refused service. Front desk would not even try to help. Rules are rules she said. Going elsewhere
I run a pediatricians office and have had AWFUL dealings with this Orthopedic Office. They do not care about patient care or quality of care, they care about revenue and nothing else. The 4 times I have referred people to them there was ALWAYS a problem upon arrival, and even when I did the referral in real-time so the patient (that was in pain) could be seen, they told her she needed to reschedule because now she was considered "late". I have NEVER had this problem with South Shore Ortho and they see the patient first and will call for the referral later. The patient comes first in my office but clearly does not here.
